Ponco, one of FKIP ULM\u2019s staff members, successfully earned the title of 3rd Place Best Educational Staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The award was presented directly by the Dean of FKIP ULM during a recognition ceremony attended by faculty leaders, lecturers, and administrative staff. The accolade was given as a form of appreciation for Ponco\u2019s dedication and contributions to improving the quality of academic and administrative services at the faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, Ponco had the opportunity to share his experiences working at FKIP ULM during a sharing session titled <em>\u201cExperiences Working at FKIP ULM\u201d<\/em> held on February 28, 2025.
