Day One<\/strong>
ICT Team of FKIP ULM Supports Seminar and Performances Day 1: Banjarese Local Wisdom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Banjarmasin<\/strong> \u2013 On Wednesday, June 11, 2025<\/strong>, the English Education Study Program (PBI)<\/strong> of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP)<\/strong>, Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM)<\/strong>, held the first day<\/strong> of the Seminar and Performances on Banjarese Local Wisdom<\/em> at the Hasan Bondan Hall, FKIP ULM<\/strong>. The event was attended by more than 75 participants<\/strong>, including students, lecturers, and members of the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ICT Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The ICT Team of FKIP ULM<\/strong> provided full technical support, ensuring the readiness of audio-visual equipment, seminar material projection, and digital documentation. Their presence enabled all participants to follow the event smoothly and without interruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The first day began with student performances as part of the final project<\/strong> for the course English for Banjarese Local Wisdom<\/em>. These performances served not only as educational entertainment but also as a tangible expression of local culture-based learning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event continued with a seminar titled \u201cBanjarese Songs as Cultural Preservation,\u201d<\/strong> featuring two speakers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Sirajudin<\/strong>, a Banjar artist and composer of the song Baras Kuning<\/em>, who shared insights on the meaning, essence, and creative process behind Banjar music.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ridho Amalia<\/strong>, Principal of SDN 1 Sungai Besar and member of the Banjarbaru City Arts Council, who emphasized the importance of encouraging younger generations to preserve regional songs amid the growing influence of global culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    Day Two<\/strong>
    ICT Team of FKIP ULM Supports Seminar and Performances Day 2: Banjarese Local Wisdom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Banjarmasin<\/strong> \u2013 On Thursday, June 12, 2025<\/strong>, the second day of the Seminar and Performances on Banjarese Local Wisdom<\/em> took place at the Tumpang Lima Field, FKIP ULM<\/strong>. The atmosphere was lively and festive, featuring a variety of artistic performances by students from the English Education Study Program (PBI) FKIP ULM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ICT Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    For this outdoor event<\/strong>, the ICT Team of FKIP ULM<\/strong> played a crucial role in managing sound systems, lighting, and performance documentation<\/strong>. Their technical support ensured that every student performance could be enjoyed optimally by all participants and spectators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Event Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The second day presented a series of traditional Banjar art performances<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Radap Rahayu Dance<\/strong>, Banjar Mask Dance<\/strong>, and Japin Banjar Dance<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Storytelling<\/strong> of Banjar folktales such as Raja Patmaraga and Sukmaraga<\/em> and Luhuk Badangsanak<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Traditional Banjar songs<\/strong> including Baras Kuning<\/em>, Anak Pipit<\/em>, and Ampar-Ampar Pisang<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Poetic performances<\/strong> using traditional Banjar language and proverbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The event\u2019s chief organizer, David Christian Pardede<\/strong>, expressed his pride and appreciation.
