Banjarmasin \u2013<\/strong> In support of advancing technological literacy within the academic environment, the Economics Education Department of FKIP ULM<\/strong>, in collaboration with the Professional Certification Institute (LSP ULM)<\/strong> and the International Test Centre (ITC)<\/strong>, with technical assistance from the ICT Team of FKIP ULM<\/strong>, successfully held the Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE) Training and Certification Program<\/strong> from July 21 to August 5, 2025<\/strong>. The activity took place over two sessions in the Economics Education Laboratory of FKIP ULM<\/strong>, supported by ICT infrastructure and facilities prepared to ensure the smooth running of the training and certification process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of 43 participants<\/strong> took part in this program, consisting of students from the Economics Education Department<\/strong>, two lecturers<\/strong>, one education staff member<\/strong>, and one lecturer from the Science Education Department<\/strong>. All participants successfully passed the exam and obtained the internationally recognized MCE certificate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the perspective of ICT FKIP ULM<\/strong>, this activity serves as tangible evidence of the academic community\u2019s growing digital competency through cross-unit collaboration. The ICT team contributed by providing network infrastructure<\/strong>, software configuration<\/strong>, and technical assistance<\/strong> throughout the training and examination sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head of the Economics Education Department, Muhammad Rahmattullah<\/strong>, stated that this achievement supports the fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) 2 and 4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAlhamdulillah, everyone passed. I hope the competencies gained from this program will continue to support the participants\u2019 professional performance in the future,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

One of the lecturer participants, Edi Suryanto<\/strong>, also shared his impressions, noting that the training significantly improved his mastery of educational technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis program enhanced my ability to design interactive learning experiences that align with 21st-century educational needs,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, student Nazwa Safrina Zahra<\/strong> expressed that the training greatly enriched her understanding of integrating technology into education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThank you to all organizers for the excellent facilitation and guidance. I hope this program continues and brings lasting positive impact to the education sector in Indonesia,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The ICT Team of FKIP ULM<\/strong> appreciates the initiative of the Economics Education Department<\/strong> in organizing this program and remains committed to continued collaboration in strengthening digital competencies across the faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n
