Banjarmasin – Monday, June 10, 2024, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) received a visit from the Faculty of Tarbiyah, State Islamic University (UIN) Imam Bonjol, Padang, West Sumatra. The visiting group was led by the Dean of the Faculty of Tarbiyah UIN Imam Bonjol, Yasmadi and received directly by the Dean of FKIP ULM, Sunarno Basuki in the meeting room of the Professor of FKIP ULM starting at 09.00 WITA.

Also welcomed were the Head of the General Division of FETT ULM, Ani Isdiati Basri; Head of the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM), Ananda Setiawan; Head of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) Unit, Raisa Fadilla; Head of the Information Communication technology (ICT) Unit, Nuruddin Wiranda; Secretary of ICT, Sa’addudien Khair; Secretary of Public Relations of the Cooperation and Public Relations Management Unit (UPKH), Dewi Alfianti; Physics Education Study Program Coordinator, Abdul Salam and lecturers of Physics Education; lecturers of Mathematics Education, and lecturers of Social Science Education; Head of Academic Subdivision, Akmil Fuadi Rahman; Head of Personnel and Finance, Ida Auliani; Head of General and BMN, Isnawati.

The visiting group, in addition to the Dean of the Faculty of Tarbiyah, were the Head of Social Studies Study Program, Syahril; Secretary of Social Studies Study Program, Suryadi Fajri; Secretary of Physics Study Program, Pipi Deswita; Lecturer of Physics Study Program, Adelia Alfama Zarnista; Secretary of Mathematics Study Program, Christina Khaidir; and Lecturer of Mathematics Study Program, Rivdya Eliza.

Regarding this visit, Yasmadi hopes that both parties can work together and provide information to each other for the development of the PS. This statement was welcomed by Sunarno Basuki who warmly expressed his willingness to share knowledge. According to him, the PS in FKIP is the largest in ULM, and almost all have been accredited superior by Lamdik so that with this achievement, FKIP ULM itself will be more eager to continue learning and improving its quality.

On the occasion of this visit, in 3 PS, PS Physics Education, PS Mathematics Education, and PS Social Studies Education held visiting lect ure activities and joint lectures filled by lecturers from UIN Imam Bonjol. Visiting lecture in Physics Education Study Program was filled by Pipi Deswita and Adelia Alfama Zarnista; in Mathematics Education Study Program was filled by Christina Khaidir and Rivdya Eliza; while in Social Studies Education Study Program was filled by Syahril and Suryadi Fajri.

In addition to visiting lectures, there were also activities to sign a Memo of Understanding (MoU) between ULM and UIN Imam Bonjol, as well as the signing of a Memo of Agreement (cooperation agreement) between FKIP ULM and the Faculty of Tarbiyah UIN Imam Bonjol. (Admin)
