Banjar Regency – Friday-Sunday, March 8-10, 2024, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a Faculty Work Meeting (Raker) for 2024. This activity was held at the Sky Convention Center building in the Galeria Mall area, Banjar Regency and was attended by leadership elements at the faculty, unit, department, and study program levels. In his opening remarks, Sunarno Basuki said that for 2024, the focus of the meeting was on the presentation of the 2024 work plan. According to him, departments and PS need to harmonize and receive mutual input in the work program implementation plan that has been made. “This meeting is important in strengthening the work programs of departments and PS to focus on achieving the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) of Higher Education. It is hoped that the work program made also pays attention to the achievement of IKU which is still not optimal,” he said.
The agenda of the 2024 Work Meeting included the presentation of work programs from four departments, namely JPMIPA, JPBS, JPIPS, and JIP as well as listening to the presentation of work programs from PS Physics Education, PS English Education, PS PPKn, PS Guidance Counseling. At this Work Meeting, the heads of units also presented their work programs, namely UPM, UPKH, MBKM Unit, and ICT Unit.
Regarding this activity, Head of JPMIPA Department, Syahmani conveyed the urgency of organizing this meeting. “For us, the FETT ULM Raker is a means to communicate and strengthen the PMIPA department program plan so that it is in line with the target achievement of the FETT IKU and synergizes with the faculty in its implementation, thus supporting the progress of FETT ULM,” he said, the same thing was expressed, Korprodi PIPS, Mutiani. According to him, the important thing about this meeting is the clear commitment of synergy from the leadership as a support system for the development of the PS. (admin)
