Semarang – As part of an effort to improve the quality of faculty-level cooperation management, the Cooperation and Public Relations Management Unit (UPKH) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a benchmarking visit to the Bureau of Innovation and Cooperation (BIKS) of Diponegoro University (Undip) on July 15, 2024 starting at 10.00 WIB. The UPKH team consisting of Emma Rosana Febriyanti (Chairperson), Dewi Dewantara (Secretary for Cooperation) Dewi Alfianti (Secretary for Public Relations), and staff, Muhammad Naufal Yaasir and Imelda Indah Savitri, were accompanied by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM), Ali Rachman.

They were welcomed by the Manager of the BIKS Cooperation Section, Rio Bariyanto; Supervisor of the Academic Cooperation Subdivision, Enni Kadarwati; and Supervisor of the Non-Academic Cooperation Subdivision, Mulyadi. In this meeting, the Undip BIKS team explained about the cooperation management scheme which includes (1) input of cooperation documents(Memo of Understanding (MoU), Cooperation Agreement (PKS), and Implementation of Arrangement (IA)), (2) input of implementation reports, and (3) utilization of cooperation documents to conduct mapping, formulate policies, determine the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) 6 on cooperation, and determine cooperation awards. UPKH FKIP ULM itself has carried out two points, but still has a lot to learn to carry out the third point,

Rio also explained that in BIKS itself there is a special task to take care of the reputation of institutions and foreign cooperation with the aim that the achievement of cooperation can be maximized. In his presentation, Rio explained that there are a number of things that can be cooperated between Undip and FKIP ULM, including visiting lect ures in the form of public lectures and visiting professors, seminars, curriculum development, joint research, community service, joint publications, development of research centers and scientific development, student exchange, and staff exchange. according to Rio, he himself is ready to become a bridging or bridge of cooperation between faculties or Study Programs (PS). “Although there is no FKIP at Undip, a number of faculties and study programs that have the same scientific concentration can establish cooperation,” he said.

Meanwhile, Emma, said that UPKH has recorded a number of study programs that are interested in collaborating with a number of faculties at Undip, including Geography Education, Sociology Education, Social Science Education, Pancasila and Citizenship Education, Biology Education, Physics Education, Chemistry Education, Computer Education, English Education, and Indonesian Language and Literature Education. Emma also said that she is willing to be a bridge for cooperation, including preparing the necessary cooperation documents such as MoU and PKS. (admin)
