Yogyakarta – Vice Dean for General and Financial Affairs who is also a lecturer in the Biology Education Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University, Dharmono, accompanied by Secretary of the Cooperation Management Unit and Public Relations (UPKH), Dewi Dewantara, made a cooperation visit to the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Universitas Gadjah Mada on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, starting at 12.30 WIB in the meeting room of FMIPA UGM.

They were welcomed by Dean and Professor of FMIPA UGM, Kuwat Triyana; Professor of FMIPA UGM as well as Vice Dean for Education, Teaching, and Student Affairs, Roto; Head of Chemistry Department, Nurul Hidayat Aprilita; and Secretary of Education, Teaching, and Student Affairs Support Unit, Dwi Ertiningsih. Kuwat Triyana stated that he welcomed this cooperation agreement. Roto also explained that there are many things that can be cooperated between the two parties.

During this visit, the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between FKIP ULM and FMIPA UGM was signed. In addition to the signing, both parties also discussed opportunities for cooperation that could be carried out both in the fields of education, research, and joint services, as well as further studies of lecturers. According to Dharmono, basically there have been many activities in FKIP ULM that involve civitas from FMIPA UGM so that cooperation will be easier to do, especially since it has a legal umbrella.
