The atmosphere of the cooperation monitoring and evaluation meeting by BPKH ULM

Banjarmasin – The Cooperation and Public Relations Management Bureau (BPKH) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) on Friday, July 26, 2024, conducted a working visit to monitor and evaluate (monev) cooperation at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), especially at the Cooperation and Public Relations Management Unit (UPKH). The visiting BPKH ULM team included the Head of Bureau, Parmasihat; Coordinator of Cooperation and Public Relations, Andi Nursalam; Cooperation Coordinator, Mayang Muhairinnisa; and staff. Meanwhile, from FKIP ULM who received the visit included the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Arisanty; Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman; Head of UPKH, Emma Rosana Febriyanti; Secretary of UPKH for Cooperation, Dewi Dewantara; Secretary of UPKH for Public Relations, Dewi Alfianti; and UPKH staff, Imelda Indah Savitri and Muhammad Naufal Yaasir.

In this meeting, BPKH appreciated the performance of UPKH FKIP which was considered to have successfully initiated cooperation from all parties ranging from public schools as representatives of government institutions or other government institutions at the city, provincial and national levels; universities; corporations; and others. UPKH FKIP is encouraged to continue initiating cooperation, and not only limited to the procurement of faculty-level cooperation documents in the form of MoA (Memorandum of Agreement) or Cooperation Agreement (PKS), but also to the provision of Implementation of Arrangement (IA) documents and cooperation reports.

UPKH FKIP is also the largest contributor to the achievement of IKU (Main Performance Indicator) 6 in the field of cooperation with ULM’s target of 7% due to the number of PKS and IA made exceeding the required number of 150. FETT ULM itself in the first half of 2024 has made more than 200 PKS and IA and the most cooperation reports are obtained from Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) Teaching Assistance activities in schools.

However, according to Parmasihat, the legality of the document must be strengthened by an equal signatory between the dean and the head of service or head of institution. This note is an additional task for UPKH FKIP to fulfill it immediately. The Vice Dean for Academic Affairs as well as the person in charge of the FKIP ULM IKU team, Deasy Arisanty, said that his party would follow up on all cooperation documents so that they could be included as IKU achievements, which means that all aspects that make the document can be recorded as an achievement will be done immediately. The commitment to continue to improve this good performance was also conveyed by the Head of UPKH, Emma Rosana Febriyanti. (admin)
