Main Objectives and Functions

  1. Curriculum Management
  • Coordinating the development, evaluation, and revision of the curriculum in accordance with national education standards and labor market needs.
  • Managing and archiving curriculum-related documents, such as syllabi, Semester Learning Plans (RPS), and teaching materials.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the curriculum runs according to the established plan.
  1. Lecture Schedule Management
  • Preparing the lecture schedule each semester, including room allocation, assigned lecturers, and class times.
  • Organizing midterm exams (UTS) and final exams (UAS), as well as ensuring the availability of necessary facilities and infrastructure.
  • Managing changes or adjustments to the lecture schedule if any situations require modifications.
  1. Academic Administration
  • Managing the administration related to student registration, course enrollment (KRS), and recording academic performance.
  • Handling the issuance of diplomas, transcripts, and other academic documents.
  • Verifying and archiving academic documents required by students or external parties.
  1. Student Services
  • Providing academic information services to students, such as information related to lectures, exams, and graduation.
  • Handling student requests related to academic data changes, such as course changes, academic leave applications, or program transfers.
  • Managing the academic advising system, including coordination with academic advisors or mentors.
