Encouraging Self-Actualization, BK FKIP ULM Holds National Vocal Competition

Banjarmasin – The Guidance and Counseling Study Program (PS) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a vocal competition or solo singing competition in commemoration of the 21st Anniversary of BK. This national solo vocal competition took place online from May 16 to June 28, 2024 and was attended by 65 participants from various universities in Indonesia.

The participants uploaded their performance videos on the Youtube platform with public settings for everyone to see. The winners were announced on Friday, June 28, 2024. Nanda Rahmawati from Semarang State University won first place with a total score of 262, followed by Syarifah Adila from SMAN 1 Banjarmasin as second place with a total score of 260, and Siti Nurhaifa from PS BK FKIP ULM as third place with a total score of 256.

According to the person in charge of the activity, Ririyanti Rachmayanie Jamain, this competition is a place to hone talent, develop potential to achieve achievements through competition, and most importantly, in line with the core of BK as a PS that concentrates on the psychological development of students, this event is a means of self-actualization of students or students in a positive way. “We, the committee, are also happy because we successfully held this competition. This competition also attracted participants from Kalimantan region, even outside Kalimantan,” he said. (admin)
