Yogyakarta – Head of the Cooperation and Public Relations Management Unit (UPKH) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM), Emma Rosana Febriyanti, accompanied by the Secretary of Public Relations, Dewi Alfianti, made a cooperation visit to the Cooperation Division of Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), Yogyakarta, Central Java. The team was welcomed by the Head of the Domestic Partnership Section, Bambang Suratno and his staff at the International Affairs Office, Prof. Dr. Sarjito Building, UII on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, starting at 08.00 WIB.

This visit was a follow-up to an online meeting through a zoom conference held some time earlier between UPKH FKIP ULM and the UII Cooperation Division regarding cooperation plans between a number of Study Programs (PS) on both campuses. In the previous discussion, several study programs at UII such as Chemistry Education, Economics Education, English Education, and Educational Technology were able to work together with a number of faculties such as the Faculty of Business and Informatics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Psychology and Socio-Cultural Sciences, and Faculty of Industrial Technology.

In this meeting, Emma explained to UII that the cooperation expected by PS in FKIP ULM includes joint research, joint publication, visiting lecture, organizing seminars, and implementing community service. This plan was welcomed and both cooperation bodies agreed to bridge cooperation between PS on both campuses. (admin)
