Banjarmasin – The prestigious futsal tournament, PIALA FUTSAL BEM FKIP ULM 2024, was officially closed on Sunday, June 23 at GOR Rudy Resnawan, Banjarbaru. The event that competed the best futsal teams from various universities in Kalimantan was won by the team from STIMIK Banjarbaru, while JPOK FKIP ULM won second place and UNISKA Nederig took third place.
Despite not winning first place, JPOK FKIP ULM should be proud of its achievements in this tournament. The team showed an unyielding spirit and high sportsmanship during the match. The closing ceremony was attended by the Chief Executive, Baihaki; Vice Chairman of BEM FKIP ULM, Alitya Putra Maulidan; and officially closed by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman.
In his remarks, Baihaki, as Chief Executive, expressed his gratitude to all those who have supported the organization of this tournament. He hopes that this tournament can continue to be held in the following years on a larger scale. “Alhamdulillah, this championship has run smoothly and successfully. I would like to thank all those who have supported the organization of this tournament. I hope this tournament can continue to be held in the following years on a larger scale,” he said.
Mr. Alitya Putra Maulidan, Vice Chairman of BEM FKIP ULM, also congratulated the winners. He hopes that this tournament can be a motivation for students to continue practicing and improving their abilities in the field of futsal sports. “I congratulate the teams that won the championship. I hope this tournament can be a motivation for students to continue to excel,” said Alitya.
Meanwhile, Ali Rachman also expressed his appreciation to all parties involved in organizing this tournament. He also congratulated the winners. “The BEM FKIP ULM Futsal Cup is a forum for students to channel their talents and interests in futsal sports. In addition, this tournament is also a means to strengthen the relationship between students from various universities in Kalimantan,” he said.
The 2024 BEM FKIP ULM Futsal Cup has become a lively and competitive event for futsal-loving students in Kalimantan. This tournament is expected to continue to be held in the following years to give birth to talented futsal athletes from Kalimantan. The following is the list of champions: 1st place STIMIK Banjarbaru, 2nd place JPOK FKIP ULM, 3rd place UNISKA Nederig.
