Banjarmasin – After being formed, Monday, 20 February 2023, the Association of Lecturers and Character Educators of All Indonesia (Addiction) for the South Kalimantan Region conducted the inauguration of the board. The South Kalimantan Addiction chaired by Chairil Faif Pasani is made up of lecturers from three universities in South Kalimantan, namely Lambung Mangkurat University, Antasari State Islamic University, and the Banjarmasin PGRI Teaching and Education College. In addition to being attended by Addiction administrators, alumni and General and Character Education postgraduate students at the Indonesian University of Education (UPI), a number of invitees were also attended, including department heads, study program coordinators (PS), PS secretaries, and lecturers and students in the FKIP ULM such as Sabhan, Syaharuddin, Karunia Puji Hastuti, Rusmansyah, Delsika Pramata Sari, Laila Azkia, Al Mubarak, and others. Before being sworn in, the committee represented by Muhammad Elmy read out the management decree (SK) issued by the central Addiction. The administrators were then appointed by the chairman of Addiksi, Encep Syarief Nurdin.

After the inauguration of the Addiction board, the event continued with a public lecture delivered by two speakers from UPI, namely Encep Syarif Nurdin with the topic presented, Professional Bureaucrat Character Development for the Welfare of the Nation and Dasim Budimansyah, also from UPI, with the topic Strengthening Adab-Karsa Character for Progress nation in the 21st Century. The public lecture was moderated by Nanik Mariani.

This activity takes place from 09.00 to 12.30 WITA. Public lecture sessions emphasized the development of good character which is an important character for maintaining the quality of personal, social and national life. This activity received good attention from the participants who attended, this could be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in public lecture activities even until the end of time. (admin)
