Hima PS PPKn 2024-2025 Officially inaugurated by Koorprodi

On Saturday, June 8, 2024, the Student Association (Hima) of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) Study Program (PS) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) for the 2024-2025 period was officially inaugurated. The inauguration took place solemnly in the Civics Learning Laboratory (lab). The event which began at 10.00 WITA was attended by students, lecturers, Civics PS operators, Chairperson of Hima PPKn FKIP ULM Period 2023-2024 and several invited guests from various student organizations in FKIP.

This inauguration carries the theme “Developing Potential and Cooperation in Progressive Togetherness”, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and synergy to achieve mutual progress. The elected chairman of HIMA PPKn, Muhammad Ridhai, along with 54 other administrators, were officially inaugurated by the Coordinator of PS (Korprodi) PPKn, Mariatul Kiptiah.

In her remarks, Mariatul Kiptiah expressed the hope that Hima could carry out work programs in accordance with the PS IKU (Main Performance Indicators -red) and Faculty IKU categories, without putting aside the actual duties of students. The event was also attended by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman, who gave remarks and motivation to the new administrators. In his remarks, Ali Rachman, emphasized that PS must strive to create activities that are categorized according to IKU for the progress of PS and the Faculty.

Meanwhile, the inaugurated chairman of HIma PPKn, Muhammad Ridhai, expressed his gratitude for the moment that marked the beginning of management for all of them, especially for his fellow administrators who were inaugurated. He also asked all new administrators to carry out this mandate with enthusiasm for the sustainability of the work program that had been carried out previously. “With the inauguration of the new board, it is hoped that HIMA PPKn can continue to be an inspiring forum and make a real contribution to the development of the campus and the wider community.
