UPKH FKIP ULM Holds FGD on Cooperation Guidance Document

Banjarmasin – The Cooperation and Public Relations Management Unit (UPKH) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Manglurat University (ULM) on Friday-Saturday, March 1-2, 2024 held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in the context of preparing guiding documents, namely the Standard Operating Procedure (POB) document for FKIP ULM cooperation and the POB document for monitoring and evaluation (monev) of FKIP ULM cooperation. Both documents refer to the ULM Chancellor’s Regulation Number 1 of 2022 concerning the Management of Integrated Cooperation within Lambung Mangkurat University. The activity was held at Treepark Hotel for 2 days. The activity was opened by the Dean of FKIP ULM, Sunarno Basuki and attended by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni who also oversees cooperation and public relations, Ali Rachman; Head of the ULM Cooperation and Public Relations Management Bureau (BPKH), Parmarsihat; ULM Cooperation and Public Relations Task Force Team, Agianto and Muhammad Alif; Head of UPKH FKIP ULM, Emma Rosana Febriyanti; Head of Information Communication & Technology (ICT) FKIP ULM, Nuruddin Wiranda; Secretary of UPKH FKIP ULM for Cooperation, Dewi Dewantara; Secretary of UPKH FKIP ULM for Public Relations, Dewi Alfianti; and admins of UPKH FKIP ULM, Imelda Indah Savitri and Muhammad Naufal Yaasir.

The meeting discussed the need to determine the standard flow in submitting cooperation proposals either directly through the manager or through the application. Another thing that is also considered important is the definition and functional explanation of the three main cooperation documents, namely the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the university level or Memorandum of Understanding , Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) at the faculty level or Cooperation Agreement (PKS), and Implementation of Arrangement (IA) or implementation of cooperation at the Study Program (PS) level.

This FGD also discussed the importance of UPKH’s role in conducting monitoring and evaluation, not only limited to monitoring and evaluation of cooperation documents, but also monitoring and evaluation on its implementation. This implementation monitoring and evaluation is mainly carried out on the implementation of cooperation points at the PS level. It is hoped that with a good monitoring and evaluation process, the quality of cooperation can be maintained so that the achievements of FKIP ULM for Main Performance Indicator (IKU) 6 in the field of cooperation and IKU 8 towards a world-class campus can be realized.
