Due to the close of the last quarter of the 2022 fiscal year and directions from the Ministry to accelerate budget realization, in order to realize orderly administration, orderly financial management, and optimize budget absorption within FKIP ULM, the Dean of FKIP ULM issued circular Number 0650/UN8.1.2/KU .01.02/2022 Dated September 22, 2022 concerning the Deadline for Financial Accountability for the 2022 Fiscal Year.
Based on the letter, the Dean of FKIP ULM instructed the following matters,
- submission of all funding proposals (activities, textbooks, journals, business trips, etc. as well as UP and LS handovers) submitted to the Faculty no later than October 7, 2022,
- submissions for revision II of the RAB for the Department and Study Program can be sent via email i.n.adhitya@ulm.ac.id no later than October 3, 2022,
- implementation of Department activities, Study Programs, Units/Sections/Sub-Sections is limited no later than November 21, 2022. Financial reports/SPJs are submitted to the finance department no later than November 28, 2022 (letter attached).
