Bandung – A group of lecturers from the Social Science Education Study Program (PIPS) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) consisting of Study Program Professor, Ersis Warmansyah Abbas; Study Program Coordinator, Mutiani; and Student Affairs Supervisor, Raihanah visited Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) and Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) in order to fulfill the invitation to become guest lecturers in the Guest Lecture program as well as a form of cooperation implementation in the form of visiting lecturer. The group also held an audience with the Directorate General of Higher Education (Dikti) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek), and met directly with the Director General of Dikti, Abdul Haris.
The guest lecturers were Professor of Social Studies Education, Ersis Warmansyah Abbas and Coordinator of Social Studies Education, Mutiani. They both provide material on Social Studies Education Research, on Thursday, April 25 at UNJ starting at 13.00 WIB. Meanwhile, at UPI, Ersis gave material for the Social Skills Development course on April 26 starting at 09.30 WIB and together with Mutiani returned to teach for the Social Studies Curriculum and Learning course on April 29 starting at 09.30 WITA.
Meanwhile, an audience visit to the Director General of Higher Education at the Ministry of Education and Culture was held on April 25, 2024. This audience was held to discuss the challenges in research in the field of social science. (admin)
