AL Accreditation of PS PG PAUD, Assessors: PS Has a Strong Commitment to Facilitate Students’ Talent Interests

Banjarmasin – Monday and Tuesday, February 19-20, 2024, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) again received accreditation assessors from the Education Self Accreditation Institute (Lamdik) who conducted a Field Assessment (AL) in the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education (PG PAUD) Study Program (PS). The arrival of the two assessors who are also Doctors at two universities, namely Aan Listiana from the University of Education Indonesia, and Nurbiana Dhieni from the State University of Jakarta, was welcomed by ULM Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Iwan Aflanie; Vice Chancellor for Cooperation, Public Relations, and Information, Yusuf Azis; and the leadership of FKIP ULM, namely the Dean of FKIP ULM, Sunarno Basuki; Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Ariansty; Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rahman. The two assessors were also welcomed by the host, namely the Head and members of the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Team (TPAPM) of PS PG PAUD, Suriansyah and Aslamiah.

Also attending this activity included the Head of ULM’s Quality Assurance and Learning Development Institute (LPMPP), Agung Nugroho; Head of the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) FKIP ULM, Ananda Setiawan and the UPM team, Saiyidah Mahtari, Nurul Hidayati Utami, Meliyana Aini, Muhammad Muhaimin, Sauqinah, Tika Puspita Widya Rini, and Imelda Indah Savitri; Coordinator of PG PAUD, Sakerani, and lecturers in the PG PAUD PS environment, including Darmiyati, Noorhafizah, Novitawati, and others.

The series of agendas in this AL activity are UPPS (Study Program Management Unit) assessments, namely faculty as well as PS assessments, stake-holder and alumni interviews, interviews of lecturers and students in the PG PAUD PS environment, assessment of educational staff (tendik), visitation of infrastructure facilities, micro-learning assessments, signing of minutes, and evaluation of activities by assessors.

In the closing session, the assessors delivered a number of positive assessments, including in the alumni interview session, it appears that they are proud of their alma mater. According to the assessors, PG PAUD also has special attention to the development of students’ talents and skills by providing maximum facilities. PAUD has also consistently been able to establish cooperation with local governments, and for infrastructure, the assessor considers that the PG PAUD environment has supported learning activities well in the form of a very cool, clean and comfortable environment.

Hopefully PS PG PAUD FKIP ULM will get the best accreditation assessment as expected. (admin)
