The Economic Education Study Program (PS) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) conducted writing training with the theme Writing Scientific Articles in Sinta Accredited and Reputable Journals. . The training resource person was Achmad Mustofa from Syiah Kuala University, Aceh who thoroughly discussed the Sinta accredited national journal, and how to submit it. Another resource person Muhammad Bukhori Dalimunthe from Medan State University presented material on writing articles in reputable journals. This event was conducted hybridly through a zoom conference and some students followed directly in the Economics Education PS laboratory. The event was attended by students from three universities, Syiah Kuala University, Medan State University, and Lambung Mangkurat University.

PPS Coordinator (Korprodi) of Economic Education, Muhammad Rahmattullah said that this training aims to provide an understanding of scientific article writing to students. “Hopefully after this, students will be able to make better quality articles,” he said. Meanwhile, the Secretary of the PS as well as the moderator at this national seminar said that this activity was the beginning of a collaboration between the three State Universities in North Sumatra, Aceh, and South Kalimantan. This activity will be routinely carried out by raising themes related to improving the quality of human resources in the three universities. (admin)
