Welcome to ICSAR 2023!

Lambung Mangkurat Univeristy will host the International Conference on Special Education in South East Asia Region (ICSAR) in 2023. This seminar will take place from 29 – 30 May 2023. Join us at the 13th ICSAR 2023 and contribute to exploration and discussion to drive the development of emerging inclusivity. The purpose of the seminar is to provide a platform for academics, practitioners, researchers, and governments to identify and explore problems, opportunities, and solutions for educational, economic, health, social and policy issues and to provide a safe and supportive environment for people with special needs across Southeast Asia. The difference between the 13th ICSAR 2023 and the previous one is we also provide opportunities for students to be able to take part in the “Student Creativity Week”. SCW is an opportunity to grow and manifest students’ creative and innovative ideas. SCW activities are the Scientific Paper Writing Competition, the Assistive Technology Competition, and the Sign Language Song Cover Competition.
