Main Objectives and Functions

Student Development and Coaching

Student Organisation Development: Managing and facilitating the activities of student organisations, such as the Student Executive Board (BEM), Student Activity Units (UKM), and student associations.

Handling Student Administration

Administration of Student Activities: Manage administration related to the implementation of student activities, including licensing, reporting, and accountability of activities.

Extracurricular Activities and Student Achievements

Coordination of Extracurricular Activities: Coordinate extracurricular activities, such as sports, arts, and culture, ensuring that these activities support the development of student potential.
Management of Competitions: Encourage and support student participation in competitions at both national and international levels, as well as manage the administration related to competition submissions and reporting.
Awards for Student Achievement: Identify and provide awards to students who excel in academics, sports, arts, and other activities.

Development of Career and Alumni Services

Management of Tracer Study Data results: Provides data on the whereabouts and career and employment status of alumni.

Reporting and Evaluation of Student Activities

Preparation of Activity Reports: Compile periodic reports related to student activities, including financial reports, program evaluations, and student achievement outcomes.
Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of student programs and activities, providing feedback for future improvements.

External Coordination and Cooperation

Inter-university co-operation: Establish cooperation with other universities for student exchange, joint activities, or joint development programmes.

Subdivision of Student Affairs and Alumni

The Subdivision of Student Affairs and Alumni of FKIP ULM plays an important role in fostering and developing students, as well as establishing relationships with alumni. This unit manages student organisation activities, administration of activities, and coordination of extracurricular activities that support the development of student potential. In addition, this subdivision encourages participation in competitions, gives awards to outstanding students, and provides career services and alumni tracer study data, to support student success after graduation.
