Banjarmasin – The Cooperation and Public Relations Management Unit (UPKH) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) held a socialization of the Standard Operational Guidelines (POB) for Cooperation and Guidelines for Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of Cooperation on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at Hasan Bondan Hall starting at 09.00 WITA. The event was opened by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman and attended by participants from faculty elements, namely the Coordinator of the S-1 Study Program (Korprodi) in FKIP ULM, and elements of cooperation partners, including representatives of the Banjarmasin City Education Office; representatives of school principals; and representatives of FKIP ULM internship partners.

In his remarks, Ali Rachman emphasized the importance of guidelines for implementing cooperation so that cooperation with various parties is in accordance with the rules. The material presentation session was divided into three, namely an explanation session for the POB Cooperation document delivered by the Chairperson of UPKH, Emma Rosana Febriyanti; an explanation session for the guidelines for monitoring and evaluation of cooperation delivered by the UPKH secretary for cooperation, Dewi Dewantara; and an explanation session for the use of the SIMANJA application (Cooperation Management System) by the Information Technology (IT) Admin, Muhammad Naufal Yaasir.

The important thing to note is that the cooperation documents that must be provided in each cooperation agreement between FETT ULM and various cooperation partners are (1) Memorandum of Understanding / MoU, which is an agreement document to work together at the university level, (2) Memorandum of Agreement/ MoA or Cooperation Agreement / PKS at the faculty level, (3) Implementation Arrangement / IA at the Study Program (PS) level, and (4) cooperation report documents made by the cooperation implementer.

Regarding strategic cooperation partners that need to be cooperated with by universities, in this case FKIP ULM, based on criteria with weighted values made by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology can be seen in the table below.

Another important note from this activity is the urgency of the role of the Education Office at both the city / district and provincial levels. The FKIP ULM PKS document, which is mostly a cooperation document for the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Teaching Assistance program between FKIP ULM and school partners, also involves other stakeholders , namely the Education Office in terms of signing so that the Education Office becomes a strategic partner of FKIP ULM’s cooperation.
