Once Again, FKIP ULM Recruits Outstanding Students for the 2025 Pilmapres Competition

Banjarmasin – As a tradition of supporting student achievement, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) once again held the 2025 Outstanding Student Selection Competition (Pilmapres), a tiered competition organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek). The event was held on Tuesday, February 11, in the Utility Building Meeting Room starting at 9:00 a.m. WITA.

A number of students from study programs within the FKIP ULM participated in this competition, including Muhammad Rizky and Asti Jannati Intan Parisia from the Physics Education study program, Ibenia Waruwu and Effie Dianti from the Chemistry Education study program, Najwa Anisa from the Guidance and Counseling (BK) study program, Mutia Rahmah and Putri Kinanti Zalukhu from the Natural Sciences Education Program (IPA), Four Steven Lase from the Sociology Education Study Program, Nida Udhiyana and Muhammad Argian Naufal from the Pancasila and Civic Education Study Program (PPKn), Ahmad Fauzan from the Mathematics Education Study Program, Khairun Nisa from the Special Education Study Program, Azmi Apriyanti from the Social Sciences Education Study Program (IPS), Wildan Tamami from the Educational Technology Study Program (Tekpen), Angga Fitriana and Willy Selpriana Zalukhu from the Geography Education Study Program, Nidha Athiya Mahfudz from the Physical Education Study Program, Muhammad Raihan from the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI), Ramadani from the Economics Education Study Program (Penko), Raudhatul Jannah from the Elementary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD), Syamila Ghina Tiara Putri from the Biology Education Program, and Hadirat Berkat Zalukhu and Raflesia Napitupulu from the History Education Program.

The judges for this competition were Dian Agus Ruchliyadi, who assessed the participants’ outstanding achievements in the form of their portfolios, Elvina Arapah, who assessed their English language skills, and the jury team of Yogi Prihandoko, Akhmad Riandy Agusta, and Faradina, who assessed creative ideas in the form of scientific papers on the topics of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and the Industrial Revolution 4.0. After going through the selection process, the top 5 outstanding students were selected, some of whom will later participate in the university-level Pilmapres.

The five best students of 2025 are Raudhatul Jannah (PS PGSD) as the 1st winner who presented a creative idea entitled “Sasirangan Teaching Model and Media: A Platform for Actualizing Differentiation of Multiple Intelligences, Skills, and Audiovisual Gamification-Based Learning Styles”; Willy Selpriani Zalukhu (PS Pendidikan Geografi) as the second winner with his idea titled “Trash Layer-Based Green Flat-Roof Strategy to Overcome the Urban Heat Island Phenomenon in Banjarmasin City”; Hadirat Berkat Zalukhu (History Education Study Program) as the 3rd winner with his presentation titled “Smart Flat Roof Agriculture Application Based on Automatic Velve Technology with an Integrated Internet of Things (IOT) Approach”; Wildan Tamami (PS Tekpen) as 4th Best with his idea of “Development of the Skillvest Micro-Credential Platform for Teacher Training and Education Science Students in Order to Improve Employability in the World of Work”; and Ramadani (PS Penko) as the 5th Best with his presentation titled “Improving Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Through Gamification in Economics Learning to Produce Excellent Human Resources that Support SDGs.”
