Banjarmasin – The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) on Thursday, February 6, held a simultaneous inauguration ceremony for all student organizations (ormawa) within FKIP ULM, both at the study program (PS) and faculty levels. The inauguration took place in the Hasan Bondan Hall of FKIP ULM starting at 9:00 AM WITA. The event was opened by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman, and attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Arisanty; Head of General Affairs, Isnawati; Sub-coordinator of Student Affairs and Alumni, Rabiatul Adawiyah; as well as the chairpersons of student organizations within FKIP ULM, both those who were being dismissed and those who were being inaugurated.
In his speech, Ali Rachman expressed his hope that these student organizations would be solid in their activities, work together, and support each other in achieving success. “Through student organization activities, it is hoped that students will have better self-management skills so that there is a balance between organizational and academic activities,” he said. The student organization chairpersons were inaugurated by the vice dean for student affairs and alumni. They took their inauguration oaths and signed the handover documents from the previous chairpersons to the new ones.
The student organization leaders who were inaugurated included Andri Noor Azumardi (Student Executive Board (BEM) FKIP ULM), Muhammad Taufiq (Student Advisory Council (DPM) FKIP ULM), Muhammad Abdurrahman (Faculty Student Activity Unit (UKMF) FKIP Mengajar), Mikhael Kristian Warsito (UKMF Student Press Agency (LPM) Warta Jitu), Ryan Wira Pratama (UKMF Himasindo Theater), Muhammad Ilyas (UKMF) Islamic Study Forum (FSI) Al Furqon, and Muhammad Maki Elmi (UKMF IMPAS-B Nature Lovers). These student organizations are faculty-level organizations.
Meanwhile, student organizations at the PS level, commonly known as Student Associations (Hima), include Abdullah Samad Ilham (PS Performing Arts Education), Muhammad Rifki Fadillah (PS Mathematics Education), Ahmad Sajidin (PS Sociology Education), Radhyta Zahratul Auliya (PS Special Education), Khairuzzaman (PS English Education), Muamar Falah (Natural Sciences Education), I Putu Widi Rangga Aditya (Indonesian Language and Literature Education), Muhammad Ridhai (Pancasila and Civics Education), Akhmad Fadillah Fahriannor (Guidance Counseling), Milda Rusydiana (Physics Education), Muhammad Hanafi (Biology Education).
Other Hima chairpersons who were inaugurated were Muhammad Khairun Fahmi (Educational Technology Study Program), Mei Satunnisah (Geography Education Study Program), Abdul Ghoni (Social Sciences Education Study Program), Taufiqurrahman (Economics Education Study Program), Anai (History Education Study Program), Sukma (Physical Education Study Program), Muchammad Ardhabilly (Computer Education Study Program), Aliman (Chemistry Education Study Program), Putera Kamarul Hidayat (Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program), and Haidatun Nisa (Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program).
