Banjar Regency – The leadership of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a meeting with department heads within FKIP ULM on Tuesday, August 26, regarding the revision of the Budget Plan (RAB) for the fourth quarter of the 2025 fiscal year. The meeting began at 8:30 AM WITA in the Andromeda Meeting Room at the Sky Convention Center. The event was opened by the Dean of FKIP ULM, Sunarno Basuki, and attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Arisanty; Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dharmono; Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman; the head of services; and department administrators within FKIP ULM.

In his speech, Sunarno Basuki conveyed the importance of coordination between faculty financial managers and department managers in an effort to optimize budget absorption while accelerating budget realization from the planned budget usage that had been prepared. According to him, one of the strategic programs that needs to be promoted at the department level is various efforts to maintain the interest of prospective students to continue their studies at the FKIP ULM campus, in addition to various programs aimed at achieving Key Performance Indicators (IKU). He also hoped that the participants would actively participate so that the target of preparing the expected documents could be achieved properly.

After the opening remarks, the event continued with a discussion on strategic steps to accelerate budget realization, led by Dharmono, Vice Dean of Finance and General Affairs. According to Dharmono, budget absorption can be maximized through a number of solutions in completing accountability reports in accordance with applicable regulations.

Afterwards, participants were guided by the faculty finance team to prepare revisions to the 4th quarter RAB and compile accountability reports for programs that had already been implemented. This assistance in preparation was scheduled to continue until Wednesday, August 27, with the goal of having all departments submit their RAB revisions and accountability reports on time. (Admin)
