JPIPS Students Win Gold Medals at the 2025 National Science Festival

Banjarmasin – Muhammad Hari Sigit, a student majoring in Social Sciences Education (JPIPS) at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM), won a gold medal and achieved the highest ranking at the 2025 National Science Festival (Fesanas). Fesanas is a national science competition held online and open to various levels of education, from elementary school, junior high school, high school, to university students. This competition presents a variety of subjects, such as Mathematics, English, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, and Civics for elementary school levels, to more specific subjects such as Informatics, Medicine, and Astronomy for higher levels. The competition is held online through the app.puskanas.id application. Fesanas 2025 will be held on Sunday, September 7, centered in Medan, North Sumatra, starting at 8:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time.

Hari Sigit won a gold medal in history. Regarding this victory, Hari Sigit expressed his gratitude. “I feel very happy because I myself did not expect to get such excellent results. Initially, I was pessimistic because I felt that I would not be able to get the best results,” he said.
