Banjarmasin – The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) received a visit from the Tanah Bumbu Regency Government team on Friday, August 15. The five-member team was received by the Dean of FKIP ULM, Sunarno Basuki; the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Arisanty; the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dharmono; the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman; the person in charge of the RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) Scheme Lecture Program for the Kotabaru Region, Amka, accompanied by Professor of Special Education, Imam Yuwono; Head of the Cooperation and Public Relations Management Unit (UPKH), Emma Rosana Febriyanti; Secretary of Cooperation Affairs, UPKH, Nahdia Fitri Rahmaniah; Secretary of Public Relations Affairs (UPKH), Dewi Alfianti; and other UPKH staff.
The team that conducted the visit included Assistant Inspector (Irban) III from the Regional Inspectorate Agency, Karmilah; Head of the Education and Teaching Staff Development Division (PTK), Suharyono; Head of the PTK Section, Andi Adam; Head of the Legal Administration Subdivision (Kasubag HTL), Indra J; and Head of the Regional Cooperation and Autonomy Subdivision, Sartika Dewi. The visit took place at 2:00 PM WITA. The visiting team was received in the meeting room of the Utility Building at FKIP ULM.
At this meeting, Sunarno Basuki welcomed the plan to collaborate in the field of education related to the RPL scheme for special education study programs for teachers or prospective teachers in Tanah Bumbu Regency. Together with Deasy Arisanty, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, he also explained how the RPL lecture system is commonly implemented at ULM. Afterwards, the team, together with UPKH, accompanied by the leadership of FKIP ULM, jointly drafted a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between the two parties until a mutually agreed format was reached.
