Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Permendikbudristek) No. 57 of 2023 concerning the Organization and Governance of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM), there have been changes in the governance structure at the faculty level service area with the elimination of the position of subdivision head (kasubag) or subcoordinator. The structure was then simplified with only the head of the general section without any sub-sections. Tasks previously held by the Head of Subdivision are now managed by a group of functional positions that work according to their expertise. Related to these adjustments, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) has made changes to the structure of the faculty service area with a new structure called a working group led by the head of the working group who is also the head of the general department. This working group was officially introduced in the FETT ULM Working Meeting 2025, Tuesday, 11/03 at Sky Convention Center, Banjar Regency.

In accordance with the Decree (SK) of the ULM Chancellor No. 20/UN8.1.2/KP/2025 concerning the Working Group of the Head of the General Section within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) in 2025, FKIP ULM has a working group consisting of 5 service areas, namely the academic field, the student and alumni field, the personnel field, the financial field, and the general and State Property (BMN) field. these five fields are led by field heads.

The following is the organization of the FKIP ULM working group, Responsible: Dean of FETT ULM, Sunarno Basuki with vice deans, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Arisanty; Vice Dean for General and Financial Affairs, Dharmono; Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman. The Head of the Working Group is the Head of General Affairs, Isnawati with the structure under it including, (1) Academic Affairs, Chair: Dani Indrawan, Secretary: Raden Gilang Kresna Bayu, and members. (2) Personnel Division, Chairperson: Ida Auliani, Secretary: Saniah, and members. (3) Finance, Chairperson: Indra Nur Adhitya, Secretary: Murtinah, and members. (4) Student and Alumni Affairs, Chairperson: Rabiatul Adawiyah, Secretary: Abdi Noor Rahmatillah, and members. (5) General and BMN Division, Chairperson: Dedy Rizani, Secretary: Apriyanto, and members.

According to Isnawati, this working group is an additional task of tendik personnel who basically have their own main tasks and functions. The field formed is actually no different from the previous subsection format, it’s just that the finance and staffing subsections are separate fields that stand alone because they have different tasks. Meanwhile, the academic subdivision, student and alumni subdivision, and general & BMN subdivision remain, changing their names to the academic field, student and alumni field, and general and BMN field.
