He also expressed his pride in the performance of lecturers in FKIP ULM in the implementation of tridarma both education, research, and service which helped strengthen faculty development.

The submission of strategic issues and financial policy direction of FETT ULM, which was the main agenda of the meeting, was delivered by Dharmono. In his presentation, he explained a number of strategic issues for 2025, including preparation for the accreditation field assessment of the Education Self-Accreditation Institute (Lamdik) for the English Education PS which is the last PS in FKIP ULM that must carry out accreditation from the 4-year cycle; increasing the achievement of IKU, preparing for the implementation of non-regular classes for Recognition of Past Learning (RPL), and establishing new PS.

Regarding financial policies, especially instructions to carry out budget efficiency, Dharmono said that FKIP ULM experienced budget cuts from PNBP (Non-Tax State Revenue) funds in the context of efficiency of nearly 40% of the initial ceiling with details of the reduction including the PS budget reaching 100%, the practicum budget reaching 100%, study assistance 50%, organizing international seminars 100%, publishing articles 75%, official travel 50%, student activities 100%, and faculty operational funds 25%. Despite the efficiency, the PS still receives support for funding activities from the BOPTN (State Higher Education Operational Assistance) fund whose budget is adjusted for each PS.

After the delivery of strategic issues and the direction of FKIP ULM’s financial policies for 2025, the activity continued with a review of the PS Budget Plan (RAB) from BOPTN funds by the finance sector led by the Head of Finance, Indra Nur Adhitya. According to Adhitya, this review was carried out to minimize errors in the preparation of the RAB. (admin)
