Banjarmasin – The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) on Thursday-Friday, 10-11/04 held a Budget Work Meeting for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. This activity was opened by the Dean of FKIP ULM, Sunarno Basuki and attended by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Arisanty; Deputy Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dharmono; Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman, heads of service areas of FKIP ULM; as well as study program managers (coordinators, secretaries, and financial managers) in FKIP ULM. The activity was held at the Sky Convention Center, Banjar Regency from 09.00 to 16.00 WITA.
After the opening by the Dean, directions regarding the preparation of financial planning documents in 2026 such as the Budget Work Plan (RKA), Terms of Reference (KAK), Budget Plan (RAB) and Fund Withdrawal Plan (RPD) per activity, were delivered by the Deputy Dean for Finance and General Affairs. In his delivery, Dharmono said that this activity was part of the faculty’s commitment to provide assistance in preparing budget planning documents in order to minimize errors as had also been done in the preparation of the FY 2025 budget plan.
Dharmono also reminded that the documents made are in accordance with the predetermined format. He also conveyed a number of signs of program implementation, including for lecturer competency development activities, so that the value of performance achievements, then what lecturers follow is competency certification, not technical guidance or training. Regarding activities that are classified as learning activities such as practicum, public lectures, expert lectures, the organizer’s honorarium and the provision of consumption are eliminated considering that it is considered to be part of the professional workload.
After a briefing session from the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, the meeting was held with a review of the RAB that had been prepared and improvements. This session was guided by the Head of Finance of FKIP ULM, Indra Nur Adhitya. According to Adhitya, the preparation of the 2026 budget by the Study Program (PS) still refers to the principle of efficiency in accordance with the direction of the ULM Chancellor in Circular Letter Number 1506/UN8/PR.07.04/2025 concerning the Preparation of the 2026 RKAKL (Ministry / Institution Budget Work Plan), and also comes entirely from the State University Operating Cost (BOPTN). “The RAB must be prepared a year in advance because it follows the process of preparing the annual State Budget (APBN). The preparation of the budget a year in advance allows for careful planning, evaluation of the previous year’s performance, and appropriate budget allocation as needed,” he explained. He also conveyed the possibility of planning changes that will occur in accordance with the latest government policies in the financial sector. (admin)
