Banjarmasin – On Wednesday, September 17, the General Affairs and State Property (BMN) Division of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) was visited by the ULM Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) team and the General Affairs and BMN Division of the ULM Rectorate for a routine internal audit of BMN management. The audit team included the Head of the ULM SPI, Wahyudin Nor, and his members Muhammad Alif, as well as several members of the ULM General Affairs and BMN Division. The team was received by the Deputy Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dharmono; the Head of the General Affairs and BMN Division, Dedy Rizani; and staff from the General Affairs and BMN Division, Sulaiman, Apriyanto, Amran, Ibnu Qoyim, Najmila Rahmatita, Aliansyah, and Muhammad Fiqriannor.
The audit team conducted a marathon check of various matters related to BMN management, such as the Room Inventory List (DBR) and its conformity with the physical Room Inventory (BDR) at locations such as lecture hall chairs and tables, as well as checking supplies such as paper and other office stationery in the warehouse and their conformity with the goods entry and exit management application. The orderly administration and management carried out by FKIP ULM received praise from the audit team. As has been stated in previous years, FKIP ULM has once again become a reference for best practices in BMN management.
In addition to receiving appreciation, according to Dedy, his team also received input for improving management quality in the future, such as physically numbering items so that they are not easily lost or misplaced. “Our team at General Affairs and BMN always strives to work together to create good collective work. Everyone, whether they are familiar with the digital system or not, can work together. The work is also done both digitally and manually. This teamwork is important to keep the team cohesive,” he said appreciatively.
