Banjarmasin – The Department of Pancasila and Civic Education (JPPKn) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a public lecture and socialization event for the Malang State University (UM) master’s program on Monday, September 22. The event was held in the Hasan Bondan Hall starting at 1:00 p.m. WITA. The event was opened by the Head of JPPKn, Mariatul Kiptiah, and was attended by JPPKn lecturers and students.

The speakers at the public lecture and socialization event included the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences (FIS) UM, Siti Awaliyah; and FIS ULM lecturers, including Mifdal Zusron Alfaqi and Fadhila Putri Sakina, accompanied by staff member Laksamana Prammana Agung. Following the public lecture on the theme of ‘Motivation for Further Study’, the event continued with an information session on the PPKn master’s program at the UM Graduate School.

The event continued with an interactive question and answer session between students and speakers, the presentation of certificates, and the signing of the Implementation of Agreement (IoA) between the two institutions. At the end of the event, a group photo session was held to conclude the event. According to Mariatul, after this event, it is hoped that students will gain motivation and comprehensive information about developing academic competencies and further study paths in the field of Pancasila and Civic Education.
