Banjarmasin – The Teacher Professional Education Study Program (PS PPG) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM), which is a Teacher Training and Education Institution (LPTK) at ULM, successfully graduated 2,864 out of 2,878 students in the Specific Teacher PPG (Guter) Category Phase 2 in 2025. This graduation rate reached 99.5%. This is certainly a joyful achievement, considering that these students were tested by examiners from other LPTKs. The high graduation rate indicates that the PS PPG FKIP ULM has performed its role as an LPTK well.
Of the 19 fields of study in which these students pursued their professional education, 10 fields recorded a 100% graduation rate, namely Agribusiness (2 students), Indonesian Language (59 students), English Language (87 students), Counseling (58 people), Physics (2 people), Geography (24 people), Social Sciences (628 people), Mathematics (30 people), Pancasila Education (60 people), and History (27 people). Meanwhile, 9 other fields of study were in the range of 98% and above, namely Economics (98%, 50 people), Natural Sciences (99.8%, 612 people), Informatics (98.5%, 67 people), Chemistry (92.6%, 25 people), Early Childhood Education Teacher Education (PG PAUD) (98.4%, 182 people), Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) (99.7%, 575 people), Physical Education and Health (98.9%, 174 people), Special Education (98.9%, 86 people), and Sociology (98.3%, 115 people).
The coordinator of PS PPG FKIP ULM, Hidayah Ansori, welcomed this achievement with joy. “This result is in line with our efforts as administrators. We try our best to provide information as often as possible through Zoom and livd-YT, as well as responding to every question in the WhatsApp group,” she said.
