The Program Went Smoothly: ULM FKIP’s 11th SEA Teacher Cohort Officially Concluded

Banjarmasin – The Integrated Learning Mobility Unit (MKBT) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) officially concluded the SEA (South East Asia) Teacher Batch 11 Year 2026 at the Cultural Exchange Event. The closing ceremony was held on Wednesday, April 29, in the Hasan Bondan Hall at FKIP ULM starting at 2:00 PM WITA. The event was opened by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Arisanty, and attended by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman; the Head of MKBT, Raisa Fadilla; the Head of the Cooperation and Public Relations Management Unit (UPKH), Emma Rosana Febriyanti; Head of the General Affairs Division, Isnawati; representatives from partner schools; Department Chairs and Heads of Service Divisions within the FKIP ULM; as well as students.

In her opening remarks, Deasy expressed her gratitude for the participation of four students from Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT-U) in this one-month program. She also expressed her hope that the program would run smoothly and improve in quality in the coming year. Meanwhile, the Head of the MKBT Unit, Raisa Fadilla, expressed her gratitude that the program had run smoothly. “Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly, and we even had the opportunity to engage in international service together. The support from the faculty and buddies (student mentors—Ed.) was also outstanding, along with the school, which was very supportive and cooperative. The students participated well in the entire series of activities,” she said.

On this occasion, students participating in SEA Teacher Batch 11 from ISAT-U in the Philippines—Cydell Rose Padernal Poral, Jessie John V. Edianel, Jessabelle M. Bendita, and Conrado E. Torreteo Jr. performed traditional dances from their region and invited the guests to dance along. (Admin)
