Banjarmasin – The Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Thursday, June 4, regarding the Lamdik 3.0 accreditation instrument. The event took place in the Utility Building Meeting Room starting at 9:00 a.m. (FGD) regarding the 3.0 accreditation instrument of the Independent Education Accreditation Agency (Lamdik). The event was held in the Utility Building Meeting Room starting at 9:00 a.m. WITA. The event was opened via Zoom by the Dean of FKIP ULM, Sunarno Basuki, who was attending a meeting of the Indonesian FKIP Communication Forum (Forkom) in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, along with the vice deans. The event was attended by the Chair of the UPM, Ananda Setiawan, who also served as the discussion moderator; the Head of the General Affairs Division, Isnawati; Lamdik assessors from FKIP ULM, including Dwi Atmono, Herita Warni, Mustika Wati, Nina Permata Sari, and Noor Fajriah; heads of units and heads of service divisions within FKIP ULM; as well as the UPM team.
This FGD specifically discussed the Lamdik 3.0 accreditation instrument and served as the first step in FKIP ULM’s preparations for the series of reaccreditation processes for undergraduate programs and departments at FKIP ULM. According to Ananda Setiawan, this activity was conducted as an effort to align perspectives and enhance the understanding of the ULM FKIP Program Management Unit (UPM) and relevant parties regarding the implementation of the version 3.0 accreditation instrument, so that future guidance processes for the preparation of the Self-Evaluation Report (Self-Evaluation Report –Ed.) and DKPS (Quantitative Program Data -Ed.) for future study programs can align with these instruments. “This activity also aims to identify what evidence must be prepared by the UPPS (Program Study Management Unit – Ed.) and the Program Studies in accordance with the assessment needs of Lamdik assessors in general. Our goal is that, through this activity, we can maintain the accreditation of all study programs at the ‘excellent’ level for five years, as we have prepared the reaccreditation process thoroughly,” he explained.
According to him, following this event, as a follow-up measure, the UPM team will revise the UPM FKIP version of the LED template based on Lamdik guidelines and feedback from the assessors. “We will also conduct outreach on LED and DKPS writing, and urge study programs to immediately gather supporting documents as part of the preparation for the reaccreditation of study programs/departments within the FKIP ULM,” he said.
