Banjarmasin – The Cooperation and Public Relations Management Unit (UPKH) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) held a training session on Wednesday, October 22, on the use of Simanja for department secretaries and operators within FKIP ULM. Simanja (Cooperation Management Information System) is an application designed to facilitate the initiation or proposal of cooperation documents by departments. The event was held in the PS PPG Microteaching Room starting at 9:00 a.m. WITA and was opened by the Head of UPKH FKIP ULM, Emma Rosana Febriyanti. Attendees included the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman; the Head of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Unit, Nuruddin Wiranda; the UPKH Secretary for Cooperation, Nahdia Fitri Rahmaniah; the UPKH Secretary for Public Relations, Dewi Alfianti; department secretaries and operators within FKIP ULM; and UPKH administrators.
In her opening remarks, Emma reiterated the importance of cooperation documents in the implementation of cooperation so that the cooperation carried out has legal validity and value as an institutional performance achievement. According to Nahdia, who was the instructor for the training on the use of this application, the process of drafting cooperation documents begins with checking the main cooperation document at ULM, namely the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding), which is a general cooperation agreement document between the rector as the leader of ULM and the highest leader of the cooperation partner. The next document is the MoA (Memorandum of Arrangement) or Cooperation Agreement (PKS) document signed by the Dean of FKIP ULM and the leaders of partners who work directly with FKIP ULM. Another document that must also be available and is considered the most valuable is the IA (Implementation of Arrangement) information document, which contains data on the implementation of cooperation. This document is also signed by the dean. The final document in the series of cooperation documents is the activity report signed by the department head.
The Simanja application itself makes it easier for department administrators to propose and upload documents related to the cooperation being implemented. This application can help speed up the process of completing cooperation documents while also securely storing the documents that have been created. (Admin)
